All returned items must be in original condition, in there original packaging.
Please contact within: 7 days of delivery.
Please ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
Cancellations can be requested before the item is shipped.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges are not available.

Shipping for all continental U.S. and Costa Rica orders is on us. Our thanks to you for choosing Tambor Organics and Design.
We use several different shipping services. If you're having trouble with shipping or delivery, please contact us. Some services offer package tracking, some services do not. We always try to ship with tracking, especially when the order is shipping internationally. However, not all cases will have this option.
If your package is missing, delayed, or not delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.
